What do youthink is the toughest problem for businesswomen?

The toughest problem for businesswomen is to competefrom the male-dominated unethical way of doing business, govt. laws, andcompetition breaking market by offering unrealistic commercials.

What's a dayin your life like as an entrepreneur?

Every day in an entrepreneur's life is aboutlearning and experiencing new things. I have been in the business world fornine years. And, these nine years were full of challenges.  Every day, it is a challenge to sustainbusiness from the competition, expansion of business, loss and many more.

Though thestatistics of women entrepreneurs in India are rising, yet a woman's ambitionsare often doubted in our society. Is it difficult for women to start a businessin India?

It depends upon the nature of the businessbecause, in India, it is assumed that women are made for doing business likeInterior Designing, Jewellery Making, Boutique business, etc. If women think tomake a beginning in these types of business, then I think they will not faceany difficulty but, if they think something new, they will face complications.

After allthis success and failure, what do you struggle with now?

Presently, I am struggling with Govt. Laws,Competition due to unrealistic commercials, sustainability, expansion, and competitor'sunethical way of doing business, etc.

How do youachieve a balance between your personal and professional life?

I was fortunate enough to have a supportive family. They encouraged me during my entrepreneurial journey and keep me motivated; ithelped me a lot to create a balance between my personal and professional life. Additionally,I always maintain the PRIORITIES to perpetuate this balance.

What haveyou learned about entrepreneurship in your journey?

I learned that entrepreneurship is thecombination of positive and negative both. It is like a fruit which tastessometimes sweat and sometimes sour. Here, at a time, you feel satisfied at thesame time you become stressed.
