"I am the founder & CEO of the company, leading the development and execution of the Company's long-term strategy to create shareholder value.

My role also entails being ultimately responsible for all day-to-day management decisions and for implementing the Company's long and short-term plans."

  6. Assessing risks to the company and ensuring they are monitored and minimized and setting strategic goals and making sure it is measurable or describable

How is your business model beneficial from a value-addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?

Our company's business model serves as our comprehensive strategy, allowing us to deconstruct it into its operational components. While terms like "blueprint" and "architecture" may vary in meaning, let me clarify. Unlike other companies that excel solely in the IT field, we specialize in both IT and the hospitality industry.

For instance, if a company focuses on Website Designing or Software, they excel in design, reporting, billing, etc. In contrast, Prevoir excels in Website and software development while also addressing the operational pain points of companies, resulting in increased sales and streamlined operations.

Mention the objectives or the parameters critical in determining the time frame of developing and designing a website.

Phase 1: In the first two weeks, we focus on understanding our client's design requirements. We provide an initial template (Template 1) for approval. If it doesn't meet the client's expectations, we offer an alternative (Template 2). At most, we provide three templates to finalize the layout. We believe that three layouts are sufficient to initiate the project. It's crucial to incorporate all client requirements during this phase. Any design changes beyond this point may incur additional charges due to project delays and the extra effort required to start from scratch.

Phase 2: During the second and third weeks, we prepare the website's content and share it with the client for approval and any necessary changes. The website content is frozen during this phase.

Phase 3: By the fourth week, we create a beta version of the website, which is made live for review and any further adjustments.

Phase 4: In the fifth week, we make the website fully live, incorporating all the changes suggested throughout the process.

After-service is a necessary part of development. How do you provide customer support to your client?

To achieve this goal, we have developed an all-in-one automated tool called "Prevotel," which allows customers to manage their website, bookings, software, CRM, and channels independently. Additionally, we are progressively integrating artificial intelligence into our services.
