Sale Basis: When you are running any banner or link on your website and the cost calculation is based on the number of transactions/sales basis. It generally calculates on CPA, Cost per acquisition basis.
Now, to monetize your website, you should go for Google Adsense, initially, google will not give you AdSense approval, but there are various alternatives to Google Adsense, Amazon Associates, Shaadi Affiliate, Bigrock Affiliate, Flipkart Affiliate Infolinks, Chitika, etc.
You have to go to the respective website and login you will get the links & tags, and you need to copy and paste the links where you want to display ads on your website.
