So, Dr.Shilpa and Dr.Nidhi, now co-directors of the institute started coaching students for IAS from their hostel room almost a decade ago.
As it is said that the beginning is always humble but when we chase our dreams with honesty and ornate them with quality and talent it kick starts for bigger achievements and this story is no exception.
In no time, the hostel room couldn't accommodate the rush of students who wanted to study from Nidhi Mam and Shilpa Mam and we had to take a place on rent in a close-by residential area after that, there was no looking back.
Today this academy is headed by three people Mr. Manmeet Thapar and the two ladies and there are a dozen more teachers employed to provide quality education to IAS aspirants.
Every year hundreds of students join this academy with a dream to fulfill and many of them have made it successfully to the prestigious civil services.
